Golden Coast Hotel 4*, a leading hospitality destination in Protaras, is seeking to recruit Receptionists for the season 2026 to join our team and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all guests receive courteous, warm, and professional service during check-in and check-out.
• Provide excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and effectively, following up as necessary to ensure resolution.
• Accurately enter guest data into the system to maintain up-to-date and correct information
• Note any special requests from guests and communicate them to the relevant department for prompt action.

Qualification and Experience:

• Working experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of English language, German would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Positive, engaging personality with strong customer service skills
• Professional appearance & attitude
