Job Overview:

Ararat Signature Collection is seeking a skilled and passionate Cook A to join our dynamic culinary team. As a key member of our five-star kitchen, you’ll play a leading role in delivering exquisite dishes that reflect our commitment to luxury and excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Oversee food preparation areas, ensuring consistency, hygiene, and efficiency.
• Assist in planning menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
• Monitor stock levels, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring teamwork and smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new dishes and refine existing ones.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Cook A or senior role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen.
• Leadership qualities, with a passion for coaching and team development.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and presentation.
