Job Overview:

Ararat Signature Collection is on the lookout for a dedicated and ambitious Cook B to support our kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your culinary skills alongside top chefs in a luxury environment, contributing to an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Cook A and the Head Chef with food preparation and cooking tasks.
• Ensure dishes are prepared to the highest quality, following set recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
• Support with stock control, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards consistently.
• Work collaboratively with the entire kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Cook B or similar role in a professional kitchen, preferably in hospitality and in ala carte.
• Passion for cooking and a strong desire to grow and improve.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Strong work ethic, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
