We are seeking a passionate, professional, and service-oriented Fitness Instructor to join the Neocleous Tower Wellness Facilities and deliver an outstanding fitness experience to our tenants and members.

About the Role

• Deliver safe, effective and engaging personal training and group fitness sessions

• Design customised training programs based on individual client goals, fitness levels and abilities

• Monitor client progress and provide ongoing motivation and constructive feedback

• Ensure correct exercise technique and adherence to health & safety guidelines

• Maintain gym equipment and training areas in excellent condition

• Promote a positive, energetic and welcoming fitness environment

• Build strong relationships with clients and support member retention

• Represent Neocleous Tower in a professional and courteous manner at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer

• Relevant fitness certification(s)

• Fluent in English and Greek (spoken)

• Strong knowledge of training methods, anatomy and exercise science

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude with strong client-service orientation

• Reliable, well-organised and professional conduct

• Team player with enthusiasm and passion for health and fitness
