Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage guests warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
• Present the menu confidently, highlighting daily specials and providing recommendations.
• Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them seamlessly to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and beverages with precision and a personal touch.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit, proactively addressing any requests or concerns.
• Handle billing and process payments efficiently and professionally.
• Oversee table setup, cleanliness, and presentation before and after service.
• Assist with training junior waiters to uphold service standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service flow.
• Stay updated on menu changes, seasonal offers, and special events.
