CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a luxury Retail Group with operations across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a CRM Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a CRM Administrator, you will own and optimise PowerSoft POS across all stores and online channels, as well as lead the full activation and daily performance management of Salesforce CRM. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field, who possess approximately 2+ years of CRM Administration experience, ideally gained working in retail or multi-brand environments. You will need to have hands-on experience with CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce), with any experience working with PowerSoft POS considered a significant advantage. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Own and optimise PowerSoft POS across all stores and online channels.
• Lead full activation and daily performance management of Salesforce CRM.
• Build clear weekly dashboards (sales, margin, sell-through, stock ageing, CRM capture).
• Monitor sales advisor performance and CRM discipline.
• Analyse brand and category profitability.
• Support buying decisions with real data insights.
• Improve stock rotation and transfer efficiency.
• Ensure system accuracy, training, and accountability across teams.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of CRM administration experience, preferably in retail or multi-brand environments.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot).
• Experience with PowerSoft POS is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of retail customer lifecycle is desirable.
• A data-driven mindset.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
