Job Description
Our client is an Investment Firm with a global brand established in 2006. The company is looking for Conversion agents, Fluent in English to join their team. The successful candidate should have previous experience in a similar position.
 
Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers mostly via phone
• To actively engage with new client leads and activate them as new clients
• Maximize sales activity
• To assist clients with queries regarding registration.
• To achieve all sales targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Head of Sales

Requirements

• Fluency in English is a must.
• Additional languages will be considered as an advantage
• Excellent business written and oral communications skills
• Knowledge on computers
• Ability to work well alone and as part of a team
• Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage but it is not a must
