Overview

BionicElectronicsLtd was founded in 1990. In its initial steps the company focused on electronic parts and by 1995 Bionic was one of the leading wholesale suppliers of electronic parts and components in Cyprus. In the midst of the technological upheaval of the time, the company seized the opportunity to expand its product range to include computer systems, parts and peripherals, notebooks, networking solutions and consumables.

In 2005 Bionic’s first important milestone was to move to its own new premises, a seven floor building, extending and widening its products in mobile telephony, LCD & plasma TV’s, gaming and into the services sector offering turnkey IT solutions and rental of IT equipment for seminars and conferences.

In January 2008 and having become a major player in the high technology industry Bionic changed its name to Bionic Electronics H.T. Ltd thus positioning itself as a high technology distributor and reseller.

In November 2008 Bionic establishes a modern technology shop in Pafos expanding its geographical coverage and extending its products and services in the region through the buyout of three major local IT companies thus penetrating the market through an already existing clientele.

In September 2010 Bionic goes online launching the bioniconline.eu shop, disposing all its product line on the Internet. Through the e-commerce, clients can have access to prices and availability and quick and easy checkout for their purchases delivered at their door.

In January 2013, Bionic penetrates Limassol with a new showroom and service department. The new outlet is situated in a prime location with an appealing customer oriented showroom of high technology products and services. Through the Limassol establishment Bionic will offer turnkey solutions and services to corporations and business enterprises and technical support to its retail customers.

In November 2014, Bionic relaunched its online store, in a modern and minimal design redirecting it to www.bionic.com.cy.

Bionic has developed a strong presence in the market, with a reputation based on quality, reliability and exceptional customer focus. The support and after sales experience it provides constitutes the backbone in the smooth functioning of its clients businesses.

Beyond the huge and diverse product line Bionic also offers a variety of IT services to the retail and corporate market. Among others, computer and laptop services, Computing repairs, IT Maintenance, IT Equipment Rentals, Wi-Fi Solutions, CCTV solutions, backup solutions etc.

Bionic, among others, is the authorized distributor in Cyprus of BenQ, Corsair, Cooler Master, Manhattan, Intellinet, Trust, Patriot and CSB.

It is also an authorized partner of leading global brands including Intel, HP, Microsoft, Cisco, Lenovo, Dell, Seagate, ESET and others.

Bionic's clientele includes governmental departments, semi-governmental institutions, Banks, large organizations in the fields of education and health, as well small companies.
