As a Golf Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for managing golf tee time bookings, answering inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to guests. This role involves handling reservations, confirming bookings, assisting with special requests, and maintaining accurate records. You will be working closely with the golf course team to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding tee time reservations.
• To work closely with our contracted partners to ensure a complete reservations experience for all inbound golf tourism.
• Book, modify, and cancel golf reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide information on course availability, membership options, and club amenities.
• Assist guests with event bookings and group reservations.
• Manage reservations in our online booking system, ensuring proper communication with the golf course team.
• Offer outstanding customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and special requests.
• Promote upcoming golf events, special offers, and membership benefits.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Work closely with the ‘Golf Management System’ providers in the set-up of the golf reservation system.
• Work closely with sales teams to optimise revenue.
• Ensure invoicing and payments for golf bookings are completed on time.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or reservations (hospitality or golf industry experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with booking systems or reservation software is an advantage.
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of golf terminology and procedures will be considered as an advantage.
