We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our new-renovated hotel as well as provide strategic direction. You will plan and supervise the activities to ensure the smooth and profitable running of business.  It is important for the hotel manager to be involved in all aspects of the hotel operations.

 Providing excellent customer service is our top priority, so we expect our Hotel Manager to ensure customers are satisfied with their stay. 

Responsibilities:

• Budgeting and financial management
• Create and apply a marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services and amenities
• Plan, organise and direct all hotel services, including front-of-house (reception, concierge and reservations), food and beverage operations and housekeeping 
• Resolve guest issues as well as problems among staff 
• Be able to perform front-of-house operations (reservations etc), if needed
• Interview and hire applicants for hotel staff positions; train hotel staff
• Coordinate with external parties including suppliers, travel agencies, and conference planners
• Collect payments and maintain records of budgets, funds, and expenses
• Work in close coordination with higher management 

Requirements:

• Degree in hospitality, business administration or a related field
• 3+ years of hotel management experience
•  Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
•  Proficient with customer relationship management (CRM) software (Cloudbeds etc)
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Excellent ENGLISH, other languages as an advantage
• Able to start working at short notice
