The Nines hotel is looking for a dedicated, experienced, motivated and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to drive the Housekeeping department and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas’ cleanliness, presentation and guest satisfaction

• Conduct regular inspections and implement quality-control procedures

• Monitor linen, uniforms, cleaning supplies, and inventory

• Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations Manage employee schedules, training, and performance

• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards while managing departmental costs effectively

• Lead, motivate, and supervise the housekeeping team

Requirements

• Previous experience in a housekeeping leadership role within a hotel, preferably as an Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality

• Ability to manage a team and work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment

• Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures, hygiene standards, and inventory control

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
