Our firm is looking for a corporate lawyer for its growing Corporate Department team in Paphos.

The ideal candidate will have the below qualifications:

- Bachelor of Laws, with any postgraduate qualifications to be considered an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of both Greek and English
- 2-3 years of previous experience in corporate or commercial law
- Strong skills in drafting of agreements and commercial documents
- Organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in immigration related matters.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

- Drafting and review of agreements, commercial and company documents
- Drafting and review of transactional documentation, including company statutory documentation
- Drafting and review of Articles of Association for companies
- General advisory in relation to commercial transactions
- Formation and administration of companies
- Preparation and filing of Registrar of Companies filings of various types
- Banking related assistance to clients including opening of accounts with local banks.
- Ad hoc assistance to other team members with immigration related matters, including permanent residency applications.

The working hours are Mon-Thurs from 08:30 to 16:30 and Friday from 08:30 to 13:30.
