L.T Flamingo Paradise LTD is looking for experienced Bartenders / Mixologists to join our teams at Cosmos Cocktail Bar and Flamingo Beach Restaurant for the 2027 season.

If you enjoy crafting great cocktails and making guests feel welcome, we would love to meet you.

Your role

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits and other beverages with consistency and care.

• Recommend drinks based on guests’ preferences.

• Provide friendly, attentive and professional service.

• Keep the bar clean, organised and well stocked.

• Follow hygiene and responsible alcohol service standards.

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

About you

• Previous experience as a Bartender or Mixologist.

• Good knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and drink preparation techniques.

• Strong communication skills and a guest-focused approach.

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

• A reliable, positive and collaborative attitude.

• Good command of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
