About Us:
Eleon Social Padel Club is a vibrant and energetic padel club that combines sport, community, and lifestyle. Alongside our courts, we operate a café and pro shop offering high-quality coffee, beverages, snacks, and a curated selection of padel equipment and apparel. We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Barista & Retail Sales Associate, playing a key role in both the café and retail experience at our club.

Key Responsibilities

Café / Barista Duties:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, smoothies, and light snacks in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, countertops, and seating areas.

• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

• Manage inventory of café supplies and assist in reordering stock when needed.

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to members and guests.

Retail Sales Duties (Pro Shop):

• Assist customers with purchases of padel equipment, apparel, and accessories.

• Maintain product knowledge to effectively promote and upsell merchandise.

• Restock shelves and ensure the shop is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.

• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.

• Support inventory management including receiving, tagging, and organizing stock.

General Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming and positive environment for club members and guests.

• Collaborate with the broader club team to support events, tournaments, and promotions.

• Act as an ambassador for the club’s brand and values.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista and/or in retail sales is highly desirable.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.

• Interest in padel, tennis, or sports in general is a plus.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
