Elevate your career as an Odoo Project Manager / Business Analyst in our high-performing ERP division. You will work with a strong, ambitious team, lead end-to-end Odoo and AI solutions for established US enterprise clients, and build a high-profile international portfolio with full project ownership.

What you'll be doing

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Odoo ERP projects across implementation, go-live, and support stages
• Serve as the primary client contact, handling requirement alignment, scope management, and clear expectation setting
• Control project budgets, scope creep, and change requests to support sustainable delivery
• Maintain backlogs, timelines, and deliverables in JIRA and ClickUp
• Check team hours, validate estimations against actuals, and prepare monthly billing reports
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment between Business Analysts, Developers, and Solution Architects
• Plan and coordinate go-live strategies and rollout readiness
• Incorporate proprietary AI automation tools and custom extensions into Odoo workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex Odoo ERP implementations
• Strong client management and solution-oriented problem-solving skills
• Combined Project Management and Business Analysis experience, including business logic, workflow mapping, and solution design
• Hands-on experience with project budgeting, estimations, and JIRA/ClickUp
• Willingness and eligibility for short-term business trips to the US for client meetings and on-site go-live phases
• Solid leadership skills focused on team alignment and clear stakeholder communication
• Active use of AI tools in daily project management workflows
• Advanced English
