CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique provider of Corporate, Legal, Banking & Migration services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit a Relationship Manager to join their growing teams based in either Limassol or the Famagusta region. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients and will be responsible for understanding clients’ needs and coordinating services with internal teams and external advisers. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in a relevant field, who possess approximately 2–3 years of experience in relationship management, client services or a similar role, preferably within the corporate, fiduciary, legal or professional-services sector. You will need to be fluent in both spoken and written Greek and English, while proficiency in any additional languages will be considered an advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities:  

• Acting as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients.
• Understanding clients’ needs and coordinating services with internal teams and external advisers.
• Managing client onboarding, including KYC and due diligence requirements.
• Monitoring ongoing matters and ensuring clients receive timely updates.
• Developing long-term client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring a high standard of service.

Key Skills/Experience:  

• An academic background in a relevant field is desirable.
• At least 2–3 years’ experience in relationship management, client services or a similar role, preferably within the corporate, fiduciary, legal or professional-services sector.
• Excellent command of Greek and English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, proactive and client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client matters efficiently.
