Our client is a clinical Pilates studio in Nicosia, looking for a Pilates Instructor to join their team. The studio works with clients on posture, core strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing, delivering personalized Pilates programs in a professional, welcoming environment.

The Role

• Deliver one-to-one and small-group Reformer and mat Pilates sessions
• Design and adapt exercise programs to each client's level, goals, and physical condition
• Guide correct technique, alignment, and safe progression throughout each session
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs accordingly
• Motivate and support clients in building a consistent practice
• Maintain studio equipment and a safe, welcoming space
• Work closely with the rest of the team

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Education / Sport Science, or in Physiotherapy
• Training and experience in Reformer Pilates
• Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate clients
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Full-time position. Part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
