AZIA RESORT & SPA, an exceptional 5 star hotel in Paphos, is looking to hire for the position of:
HR Officer
Tasks:
- Manage the recruitment process and onboarding of new employees
- Create and publish job advertisements and source suitable candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Implement and maintain HR Procedures.
- Communicate with employees and department managers regarding HR-related matters.
The candidates should have:
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
- Previous HR experience or payroll knowledge or numbers background.
- High standard of literacy skills and very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in team.
- Hospitality industry experience is an advantage.
