This customer facing role will have contact by phone, email and in person with coaches, members, and guests of all levels daily and will be delivering excellence in customer service. Coordinate the operating team to ensure smooth and 5-star guest experience. Assisting and advising guests to choose from a variety of sport programs. Making reservations for guests based on their various requirements and budget. Checking the availability on desired activity itineraries and proceed with reservation and payments. Operate the retail shop with sports gear/clothing/accessories/shoes and assist the F&B function.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
⁃ Meet and greet visitors in a professional and timely manner.
⁃ Provide outstanding and professional customer service to guests, responding quickly with true personal responsibility.
⁃ Provide accurate information and advice about facilities, services, and programs.⁃ Manage reservations of guests and confirmations via email/phone in accordance with the department’s procedures, including all financial transactions related to sport programs, rental fees, the shop, and F&B.
⁃ Manage the retail operations of the shop, including customer service, stock inventory management, and merchandising.
⁃ Carry out all duties in accordance with the Racket Club Opening and Closing procedures.
⁃ Ensure colleagues are kept up to date with bookings, as per department SOPs.
⁃ Inform and advise all team members promptly of their arriving visitors and guests.
⁃ Promote and market all sports programs, coaches, and services.
Requirements and Qualifications:
⁃ Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
⁃ Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office
⁃ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
⁃ Αbility to work well within a team and maintain effective working relationships.
⁃ Ability to work on own initiative and follow verbal and written instructions.
⁃ Working to deadlines and juggling different priorities.
⁃ Russian and Greek language skills will be considered an asset
⁃ Valid driving license
⁃ Eu citizen or an EU work permit holder
Working Schedule:
⁃ Flexible 8.5-hour shifts scheduled within our operating hours of 08:00 to 21:00, including a mix of early, mid, and late shifts.
⁃ 2 days off per week (not fixed)
