Service & Technical Support Engineer

The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Service & Technical Support Engineer to join our professional team within the Diagnostics Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support, including equipment repairs, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and servicing.
• Plan and execute the installation, setup, and commissioning of new diagnostic equipment.
• Identify customer needs, provide tailored technical solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Communicate product updates, service notifications, and technical information to customers.
• Attend specialised product training seminars locally and abroad to continuously expand technical knowledge.
• Collaborate with international principals and local partners to resolve technical issues and remain updated on product developments.
• Support the Diagnostics Department’s commercial activities by providing scientific expertise, technical guidance, and customer-focused solutions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Diagnostics.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate should have:

• A University Degree, preferably in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and dynamic personality.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to deliver results independently.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• A professional attitude, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Good computer literacy skills.
• A valid Cypriot driving licence.
• Previous relevant experience will be considered an advantage.
