CTC-ARI Airports Ltd (Cyprus Duty Free Shops), part of the Aer Rianta International (ARI) group, is responsible for the exclusive management of the Travel Retail and Duty-Free shop operations at Larnaca and Paphos International Airports.

Role Details

• Position: Retail Sales Professional
• Locations: Larnaca Airport and Paphos Airport

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Approach and engage customers, providing a professional, attentive and personal shopping experience
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay aware of promotions within the retail area
• Link sell, cross sell and up sell to increase customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets
• Highlight the CTC-ARI value message
• Apply required merchandising standards
• Ensure accurate pricing through correct display in line with guidelines
• Know stock locations and source items to maintain required stock levels
• Operate a cash register
• Keep the store and shelves tidy and clean
• Follow all customs regulations and stock security procedures

Requirements

• Retail sales experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
• Fluent Greek and English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Availability and flexibility to work a 24-hours shift system (including weekends and public holidays)
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for customer service and delivering a great experience
• Strong work ethic
