Social Media & Content Coordinator / Executive
Philippou Law FirmPhilippou Law Firm is looking for a creative, highly organised and proactive Social Media & Content Coordinator / Executive to join our team.
The successful candidate will coordinate our external creative and marketing partners, organise content productions and help develop engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between the firm and external social media, creative, video-production and marketing partners.
- Coordinate external partners, ensuring that all content is delivered on time, to the required standard and in line with the firm’s brand.
- Prepare clear content briefs and communicate objectives, key messages, timelines and deliverables.
- Plan and manage the production of short-form and long-form video content, from initial concept through filming, editing, review and final publication.
- Organise video and photography shoots, including schedules, locations, participants, scripts and production requirements.
- Develop and maintain monthly and campaign-specific content calendars.
- Generate content ideas and create engaging posts, captions, stories, reels, scripts and other digital content.
- Review content produced by external partners and coordinate internal feedback, approvals and revisions.
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Monitor social media trends and identify relevant opportunities for new content.
- Support the promotion of the firm’s services, team members, events and activities through creative digital campaigns.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, video production or a similar role.
- Proven ability to coordinate external agencies, freelancers, photographers, videographers or other creative partners.
- Experience in organising and managing content productions, particularly short-form and long-form videos.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Excellent project-management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Strong content-writing, communication and creative-thinking skills.
- Ability to provide clear briefs, constructive feedback and effective follow-up.
- Familiarity with social media management, graphic-design and video-editing tools will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage.
- Attention to detail, professionalism and the ability to take initiative.
