About the Role

The House of Fairies is looking for an enthusiastic, warm, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team in Limassol.

The House of Fairies is a Cyprus-based home fragrance and lifestyle brand creating sensory experiences through scent, design, and meaningful rituals.

In this role, you will help bring the world of The House of Fairies to life by supporting customers as they discover fragrances they love, choose meaningful gifts, and enjoy a warm, elevated, and memorable in-store experience.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and has a passion for candles, fragrance, home decor, beautiful spaces, and thoughtfully designed products. You will enjoy learning the stories behind our collections and sharing that enthusiasm with customers.

Responsibilities

• Customer experience and sales: Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide attentive, personalised service
• Fragrance consultation: Help customers discover and choose candles, home fragrances, and scents that suit them
• Product knowledge: Learn the stories, fragrance profiles, and characteristics of our collections and present them confidently
• Gifting and recommendations: Support customers in selecting thoughtful gifts and complementary products
• Sales and POS: Process purchases, payments, gift cards, discounts, exchanges, and other basic retail transactions
• Opening and closing procedures: Follow daily opening and closing procedures
• Visual presentation: Keep the retail space clean, organised, and aligned with The House of Fairies brand standards
• Stock management: Replenish displays, receive stock, monitor availability, and assist with stock counts and transfers
• Customer support: Assist with basic customer enquiries, calls, and order-related questions
• Brand representation: Represent The House of Fairies professionally and warmly in every customer interaction
• Launches and events: Support seasonal launches, brand events, and special activations when required

Requirements and Skills

• A genuine passion for candles, home fragrance, scent, and home decor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A warm, confident, and customer-focused personality
• Enthusiasm for beautiful products, gifting, and creating memorable customer experiences
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and professionalism
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera and representing the brand on social media
• Fluency in Greek and English; Russian or another language is a plus
• Basic computer skills and confidence using digital systems
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, beauty, fragrance, fashion, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing environment is an advantage

Previous fragrance or candle experience is not required. Full product and fragrance training will be provided.

Working Hours

Shift-based schedule, including weekend shifts.
