Your Role as a Junior Maintenance Administrator:

• Daily update of accident cases on a digitalized environment
• Communicate with customers and guide them through the process
• Prepare and finalize the accidents’ files
• Ensure prompt payments from all stakeholders
• Maintain and manage the fleet on a daily basis
• Communicate promptly with customers and for any maintenance needs
• Communicate any fleet needs and take the necessary actions both internally and with 3rd parties

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent spoken and written Greek and English
• Willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
• Negotiation skills
• Multitasking personality
