As a Team Leader - Hot Kitchen, you will work ensuring high standards in food preparation and presentation across our themed restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

Be familiar with large-volume cooking equipment in a modern industrial kitchen

Know all menu recipes and prepare them to professional standards

Maintain high hygiene and health & safety standards in the workplace

Coordinate and supervise the team while providing coverage as needed

Collaborate with supervisory staff to plan appropriate menus and support the Executive Chef

Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate of a Culinary School

3 years of experience in a similar position

Very good knowledge of local & international cuisine

Good command of the English language

EU citizen or an EU work permit holder
