Requirements:
 Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant/specific subject area
 Hold a PhD. The PhD does not necessarily have to be in the same subject area
 Relevant Academic & Research Experience
 For Hospitality position, industry experience will be considered a strong advantage
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Greek
 Ability to work effectively with academic and administrative staff and contribute positively
to departmental activities
 High standards of integrity, reliability, confidentiality, punctuality, and professional conduct.

Responsibilities:
 Deliver high-quality lectures and seminars
 Develop and update course materials and learning resources
 Mark examination papers, assignments, tests, and other student assessments accurately
and within the required deadlines
 Undertake examination invigilation duties and ensure examinations are conducted in
accordance with institutional policies and procedures
 Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students
 Conduct and contribute to academic research in relevant fields of expertise
 Participate in quality assurance and academic monitoring processes
