WE’RE HIRING: RECEPTIONIST

The Nines, Ayia Napa is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join our Front Office team on a full-time basis (5 days per week).

What you will be doing

• Welcoming guests warmly and delivering excellent service from arrival to departure

• Handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest enquiries efficiently and professionally

• Sharing local information and recommendations to help guests make the most of their stay

• Responding to guest requests and resolving issues with a positive, can-do attitude

• Maintaining clear communication with all hotel departments

• Ensuring Front Office standards are consistently maintained

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in hotel reception or a customer-facing hospitality role is an advantage (young, eager individuals are also welcome)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive, professional, and approachable attitude

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment

• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage

• A genuine passion for hospitality and making guests feel welcome
