REQ12811 Technician - Limassol (Open)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Technician is responsible for all planed and non-planned maintenance and repair works for all gaming machines and ensures that these are completed on time and as per standards specified. The Technician reports to the Lead Technician.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures consistent operation of gaming and other electronic, electrical and mechanical equipment used in the gaming departments
• Maintains technical equipment in accordance with technical standards on a regular basis
• Repairs equipment in the shortest possible time providing the highest quality of performed repair in accordance with the established rules
• Installs new equipment in accordance with manufacturer manuals, existing standards, rules, and Company standards
• Is knowledgeable of the technical documentation for equipment, develop and expand his/her knowledge and skills
• Maintains tools allocated to him/her in good condition
• Maintains records of performed works, spent materials, and spare parts and other documentation according to SOP of the department
• Complies with all occupational safety and health requirements
• Executes management instructions
• Responsible for the safety of entrusted equipment

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

• Continuous progress of Technical Skills
• The rules of all games rendered by the Casino and the whole list of services
• Rules and standards of labor safety, operational safety, industrial health and fire safety

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years in a Technical position in an IT related industry
• Experience in similar position is preferable but not a must

Education

• Higher technical education in Electronic Engineering, IT engineering, or another related field

Skills / Competencies

• Fluency in Greek and English
• Proficient user Microsoft Office software
• Good understanding of a priority ticketing system
