Sales & Service Associate, Lounge Bar
Join the Big Smoke team at our premium cigar lounge in Limassol. We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales & Service Associate to support customers and deliver a high standard of service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with cigars, spirits, and accessories
- Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Process sales and cash transactions
- Work efficiently as part of a professional team
Requirements
- Valid European Union ID/Passport
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage)
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is an advantage
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
