Job Summary:

The Golf Guest Services Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest and member experience by providing professional, personalized service throughout every stage of the customer journey. The role supports membership services, golf events, and daily Golf Club operations while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, building strong relationships with guests and members, and contributing to a welcoming and memorable experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

⁃ Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming guests and ensuring an outstanding Golf Club experience.

⁃ Assist members and guests with enquiries, bookings, memberships, and Golf Club services.

⁃ Support the planning and delivery of golf events, tournaments, corporate days, and member activities.

⁃ Build strong relationships with members and guests, proactively gathering feedback to enhance the customer experience.

⁃ Resolve guest enquiries and concerns professionally, escalating matters when required.

⁃ Promote high service standards across all guest touchpoints and support continuous service improvement.

⁃ Work closely with Golf Operations and other resort departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and event delivery

Requirements and Qualifications:

⁃ Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

⁃ In-depth knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office

⁃ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of the team.

⁃ Organizational and time management skills.

⁃ Proactive, customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

⁃ Some knowledge of Golf preferable

⁃ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

⁃ A valid driving license and access to your own transport are essential for this role

⁃ Eu citizen or an EU work permit holder
