Business Developer (FSM Software)

Since 2019, we have supported more than 200 businesses across Cyprus to streamline their operations through cloud technology, helping them work smarter, faster and more efficiently.

As we grow, we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager who enjoys technology, values strong relationships, and is motivated to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.

What you will be doing

You will help expand our presence across Cyprus by:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Delivering engaging software demonstrations and tailored business solutions.
• Building trusted relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Working with our technical team to support a smooth customer onboarding experience.
• Representing BigChange Cyprus at business events, networking opportunities and industry exhibitions.
• Working towards ambitious monthly and annual sales targets.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is motivated, confident, and enjoys helping businesses embrace technology.

Essential

• Previous experience in B2B sales (software, SaaS or IT solutions preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Cyprus.
