IT Manager

Head Office, Nicosia

Marks & Spencer Cyprus is seeking to recruit an experienced IT Manager to oversee and support the company’s technology operations across its Head Office and stores in Cyprus, as well as in Romania.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliable, secure and efficient operation of the company’s retail systems, IT infrastructure, integrations and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Central/POS, ERP, BI, WMS, CRM and customer loyalty platforms.
• Ensure stable technology operations across Head Office and all stores in Cyprus and Romania.
• Monitor M&S London SFTP file flows, product data, prices, promotions, stock and sales information.
• Support Power BI reporting, data validation and reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate system integrations, issue resolution, UAT, documentation and user training.
• Manage external IT providers, software vendors, SLAs, upgrades and technology projects.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, connectivity, user access, backups, cybersecurity and GDPR compliance.
• Provide effective support to store teams and business departments, prioritising issues affecting sales and business continuity.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Five years’ relevant experience in retail IT, business systems or IT project management.
• Experience within a multi-store retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of Business Central, LS Central/POS, ERP, Power BI, CRM, WMS and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, vendor-management and communication skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Availability to travel to Romania when required.
