About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Health Club Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting guests in achieving their fitness goals, supervising recreational facilities, and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess guests' fitness levels and develop personalized exercise programs.
• Provide fitness guidance and demonstrate the correct use of gym equipment.
• Welcome guests and provide information about Health Club facilities and recreational activities.
• Register and schedule guests for sports and recreation activities.
• Promote a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment for all members and guests.
• Supervise the gym, indoor pool, changing rooms, saunas, treatment rooms, and other recreational facilities.
• Organize and support sports and recreational activities.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of fitness equipment and recreational areas.
• Ensure adequate supplies of towels, lockers, drinking water, and other guest amenities.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and provide first aid when required.
• Report maintenance issues, accidents, injuries, and safety concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, health & safety procedures, and operational standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Health Club Manager.

Requirements

• Qualified Gym Instructor Diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in physical training or a similar role.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
• Valid First Aid Certificate (Lifeguard Certificate will be considered an advantage).
• Passion for fitness, health, and delivering exceptional customer service.
