Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring an outstanding dining experience.

• Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer guests' questions about food and beverages.

• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Serve food and drinks in accordance with the hotel's service standards.

• Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organised, and properly prepared.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the shift.

• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and service teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

• Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
