Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with all the members of the Service team to create an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or cocktail bar

• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team

• Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
