LLT LAW - Polish-Speaking Real Estate Administrator
LLT LAWLLT LAW is expanding and is looking to hire a motivated and dynamic Polish-Speaking Real Estate Administrator to support our Real Estate Department.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage administrative procedures related to real estate transactions and property matters.
- Assist with the preparation, review, and organisation of sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other property-related documentation.
- Liaise with clients, government authorities, Land Registry Offices, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor transaction timelines and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update client files, records, and databases.
- Conduct property-related searches and assist with due diligence procedures.
- Provide administrative support to Polish-speaking clients throughout the property transaction process.
- Support the Real Estate Department with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Real Estate Administrator, Property Administrator, or in a similar administrative role.
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of the Greek language will be considered an advantage.
- Strong computer literacy and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in handling legal, property, or conveyancing documentation will be considered an advantage.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative and responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
