ROBOS PROPERTIES LTDROBOS PROPERTIES LTD is looking for an Administrator to support smooth day-to-day office operations and provide a professional, welcoming experience for visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls.
- Provide refreshments (coffee/tea) to visitors and guests during meetings.
- Provide executive and administrative support to Head Directors, including managing schedules, communication, and daily operations.
- Support general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Fluent in Russian, Greek and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work permit in Cyprus.
