Role overview
The Senior Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sustainable growth, profitability, and market share in Cyprus through the development of strategic partnerships, with primary responsibility for the ERT channel. The role combines key account management, channel development, territory planning, and strategic execution to support Miele's long-term ambitions in the market.
This position acts as the key interface between customers, local stakeholders, cluster management, and functional teams to support the successful implementation of the Cyprus growth strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the strategic partnership with ERT, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term business development.
- Shape and execute the commercial vision for Cyprus in alignment with cluster objectives.
- Identify and develop new sales channels, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships to expand Miele's market presence.
- Own commercial performance, including sales planning, forecasting, and achievement of agreed targets.
- Develop and implement annual business plans, customer strategies, and growth initiatives.
- Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and consumer trends, translating insights into actionable business opportunities.
- Lead commercial negotiations and ensure successful execution of customer agreements and joint business plans.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and other key functions to drive business performance and operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement, challenge the status quo, and contribute to the long-term development of the Cyprus business.
