CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a High Technology company that has developed and published a cutting-edge fitness mobile application, we are seeking to recruit a QA Engineer to join their newly established team based in Larnaca. As a QA Engineer, you will play a role maintaining the exceptional quality of mobile applications. As part of your role, you will be responsible for carrying out mobile testing for both new and existing features. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other closely related fields, who possess approximately 2+ years of proven experience in manual mobile testing. Any QA experience on Android and experience with Xcode will be considered an advantage, and fluency in both verbal and written English is essential. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Utilize your attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills to uphold the highest quality standards.
• Write manual tests (STP, STD) that provide excellent coverage for both new and existing features.
• Perform manual tests for new features for amazing iOS apps.
• Be responsible for a feature from perfectly understanding and polishing the spec, all the way to monitoring app releases.
• Collaborate with various departments and QA engineers to enhance everything we create.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant subject.
• Approximately 2+ years of proven experience in manual mobile testing.
• Meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent task-management skills.
• Deep familiarity with iOS apps and a natural comfort within the Apple ecosystem.
• A positive personality with a genuine love for the work and passion for the product.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have: 

• QA experience on Android.
• Experience with Xcode.
• Basic understanding of Swift code.
• Fitness is a part of your life.
