We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests.

In this role, you will greet clients, manage appointments, and help ensure a smooth and relaxing guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule and confirm spa appointments via phone, email, and the booking system
• Answer inquiries about spa services, treatments, pricing, and promotions
• Use POS systems
• Maintain accurate client records and booking information
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in hospitality, spa, hotel, or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel and Word) and booking system experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays if required)
