About the role

We are recruiting a motivated professional to build strong relationships with clients, enhance their trading experience, and strengthen loyalty across Spanish-speaking markets. This role suits someone who is customer-focused, persuasive, and interested in the forex industry.

What you’ll do

• Proactively contact existing clients to encourage continued trading activity.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.

• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to improve their trading experience.

• Monitor client activity and follow up with inactive accounts.

• Share market updates, promotions, and relevant information with clients.

• Ensure all client interactions follow company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Work closely with sales and support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Requirements

• Previous experience in client retention, sales, or customer service, ideally within Forex or finance.

• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.

• Proactive, persuasive, and confident in handling objections.

• Ability to work on-site in Limassol.
