Databus Ltd is seeking a highly organized and friendly Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and support the administrative, accounting, and logistics functions of the company. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
  • Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
  • Provide customer service support and communicate with clients when necessary
  • Issue invoices, assist with payroll processing, and maintain financial records
  • Assist with accounting and logistics software for operational and financial tracking
  • Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate maintenance tracking and service schedules
  • Support logistics coordination and administrative tasks
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
  • Assist management with general administrative duties and operational support

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or office management position
  • Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with accounting and logistics software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • High level of attention to detail and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications (Optional but Advantageous)

  • Experience with accounting systems or ERP software
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or financial administration
  • Experience in office coordination or operations management
