Position: Full-Time Marketing & Online Sales Executive

About Knot Culture

Knot Culture Haircare is a rapidly growing beauty brand based in Cyprus. Since officially launching in January 2025, we have exceeded our first-year growth projections and strengthened our brand positioning in the market.

We are now entering the next phase of expansion: structuring our commercial and back-office operations to support long-term growth.

This role is for individuals who want more than employment. We are building a team that will grow with the brand. Early team members will have the opportunity to evolve into key roles as the organisation expands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and convert new sales leads into clients and partners
  • Support digital marketing initiatives that drive brand growth
  • Assist in planning and executing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Manage customer enquiries and follow-ups professionally
  • Maintain and update CRM and internal sales systems
  • Collaborate with management on sales strategies and expansion opportunities
  • Identify new partnerships, business opportunities, and distribution channels
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare basic reports
  • Support brand visibility across digital platforms
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth marketing and sales operations
  • Represent the brand professionally at all times
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Greek
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Sales-driven mindset with a strong interest in brand development
  • Professional, reliable, and structured approach to work
  • Passion for beauty, lifestyle, and fashion
  • Previous experience in sales or digital marketing is an advantage
Salary & Commission Structure

Competitive fixed monthly salary. Commission paid monthly.

Phase 1 – Build Phase (Months 1–3)
  • 3% commission on all net sales generated
  • No minimum target
Phase 2 – Growth Phase (Months 4–6)
  • 5% commission on net sales up to a defined target
  • 7% commission on net sales above target
Phase 3 – Performance Phase (From Month 7 onwards)
  • 5% commission on net sales up to a defined target
  • 7% commission above target
  • 10% commission above a higher performance threshold
Marketing Performance Bonus
  • €300 monthly bonus based on achievement of agreed marketing KPIs

Commission progression depends on performance and achieved targets.
