Are you a qualified early years professional with a passion for childcare? Kanika Hotels & Resorts is looking for a caring, patient, and responsible Kids Club Senior Attendant to join our Entertainment team.

In this vital role, you will be fully responsible for the Kids Club area, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. You will provide reassurance to parents while delivering development-focused activities and acting as a role model for our junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fully manage the Kids Club area, providing attentive care for children and maintaining approved child-to-staff ratios.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities, including sensory play, music, storytelling, and creative tasks.
• Ensure strict adherence to child safeguarding, health, and safety procedures, including sign-in/out protocols and allergy records.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sterilization in the Kids Club area, including sleeping, feeding, and play zones.
• Build positive relationships with families by communicating clearly with parents regarding their children's well-being and daily routines.
• Support the Supervisor and assist in training Junior Attendants in Kids Club procedures and child safety.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Mandatory Diploma in Nursery / Early Years / Childcare.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience working in a kids club, nursery, or childcare environment.
• Mandatory valid First Aid & Child CPR Certificate.
• Relevant child protection training and a clean criminal record certificate.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a calm and caring personality.
