The Opportunity:

As a valued member of our Global Compliance Management Services Department, you will get involved with:

• Computerized Book-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using computerized accounting systems. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the latest financial technologies and best practices.
• Financial Statements Preparation: Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and the Cyprus Company Law requirements. You will work closely with experienced senior staff, gaining critical technical knowledge and practical skills.
• Payroll processing: Support the payroll function by processing payroll and maintaining accurate payroll records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. It offers an exceptional opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience with a variety of payroll systems and processes, allowing you to learn industry’s best practices and develop a strong foundation in payroll management.
• Day-to-Day Documentation: Manage and arrange the execution of daily financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, and other supporting documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data.

Who We Are Looking For:

We welcome applications from individuals with 0 to 3 years of accounting experience. Whether you are a recent graduate or have gained initial experience through internships, part-time roles, or your first full-time position, we want to hear from you.

The Requirements:

• Education: University degree in Accounting, LCCI Certificate in Accounting, or an equivalent qualification will be considered an advantage.
• Experience: 0 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Any exposure gained through internships, part-time roles, or full-time employment in similar positions will be considered an asset. Our comprehensive training programs will help you build on your existing knowledge and grow your expertise.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting software, especially E-soft and Caseware, is an advantage, but not essential—training will be provided as needed.
• IT Skills: Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and Word is essential for efficient data analysis and reporting.
• Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English are required.
• Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, ability to work as part of a team, willingness to learn and adapt, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
