We are currently looking to recruit a Manager for our Startup Innovation Lab & Accelerator Deals team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional who is passionate about innovation, startups, and venture ecosystems, and who wishes to contribute to shaping the startup support landscape in Cyprus.

The Opportunity:

• Provide advisory and consulting support, leveraging experience in deal advisory, strategy, venture capital, accelerators, or startup fundraising
• Engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders, founders, and investors
• Lead the design and delivery of accelerator programmes, managing multiple engagements and workshops
• Review and guide financial models and business cases to ensure startups are investor-ready
• Coach and upskill junior team members to enhance their capabilities
• Represent KPMG confidently in external meetings, workshops, and panels
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to position KPMG as a thought leader in innovation and startup support
• Support the strategic growth and scaling of startups within the accelerator ecosystem

The Requirements:

• University degree of 2:1 or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, Entrepreneurship, Management, Finance, Economics)
• Holder of a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in advisory, consulting, innovation, venture capital, accelerators, or related fields
• Strong financial literacy and strategic thinking skills
• Proven experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders, founders, or investors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft high-quality client-facing materials
• Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• IT literacy with sound knowledge and experience of Excel/Word/ PowerPoint (Microsoft Office) and AI tools
• Fluent in Greek and English in writing and oral skills
