G.P RETECH Consulting Engineering is a leading building services design firm based in Limassol, Cyprus. Established in 2015, we have spent the past decade delivering complex Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) engineering solutions across Cyprus and internationally in Germany — covering the full spectrum of services from early feasibility studies through to detailed design, tendering and construction-stage supervision and coordination.

We believe that good engineering is invisible: the systems we design are felt in the comfort, safety and reliability of the spaces our clients build, never noticed as a source of friction or expense.

Our integrated team delivers full MEP design across all building services disciplines: heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC); plumbing, drainage and sewage; firefighting and life-safety systems; high and low voltage electrical distribution and lighting; building management systems (BMS); and energy efficiency and sustainability consultancy. We bring this complete scope to every project — so that the design is coordinated, the responsibilities are clear and the client has a single point of accountability.

Our Standards & Tools

All of our designs are produced in compliance with applicable Cyprus regulations (ETEK), European standards (EN, BS EN) and international codes (NFPA, ASHRAE) where relevant. We are actively integrating Building Information Modelling (BIM) into our workflow-(low level), with Autodesk Revit MEP at the centre of our digital transformation — allowing us to detect and resolve clashes before construction, extract accurate quantities from the model, and give our clients a clear visual understanding of their building services before a single pipe is installed.
