Currently seeking a new superstar to join a busy wedding and events company mostly specialising in the UK destination wedding market

Roles & Responsibilities:

Administration - a huge part of building a couples dream wedding day is within the planning and organising. This begins from the time of booking right through to the wedding day.

Mostly done via email and video call it is your responsibility to capture the couples vision and transform this into reality by the booking and handling of suppliers and keeping track of the couples plans and budget.

Coordination - Attending the wedding or event and ensuring all runs smoothly on the day itself.

Communication- communicating the days plans to numerous venues or suppliers to ensure all details are passed over to their respective person

Enquiries -.handling and overseeing the enquiries. Building quotations based for their specific requirements and the handling of these to convert into actual bookings

An eye for detail - developing and updating all promotional material, from social media to brochure development

About you:

Experience not necessary, as full training will be provided and for the right person this is a chance to start a career within a fantastic industry.

Your office location will change daily, and involve working from home, or attending weddings in various locations, or meeting couples at their hotel or accommodation

You will require your own vehicle and a full driving license. Work related petrol expenses will be provided.

Seasonal position with a high chance of extending to all year round for the right candidate.

Salary is negotiable subject to experience and will feature a basic salary with the opportunity to earn commission as an incentive.

Freedom to work your own chosen hours except on event days where hours are fixed

Flexi hours - where wedding days can sometimes be long you'll have the opportunity to gain your time back on admin or office days.

The right candidate will need to flexible on working days and times to suit the weeks events

A very good level of English is required as the vast majority of couples are from the UK
