Senior & Junior Architect

D_Kaimakliotis Architects & Designers Ltd are seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic architect to join our team based in Larnaca.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare drawings and present ideas for reviewing
• Develop final construction plans that show the buildings appearance as well as details for construction.
• Follow building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations and planning laws.
• Make necessary changes through the planning process.
• Supervision of projects.

Requirements:

• Holder of a recognized degree in architecture
• At least 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
• Member of ETEK
• ArchiCAD will be considered as an advantage
• Creative/Original
• Team member
• Fluency in both Greek and English

Renumeration:
