Our corporate service department provides our clients consultation and assistance with issues relating to formation of Cyprus companies and other jurisdictions, creating tailor made solutions for each individual client according to their intended tax structure. We support our clients in areas of company formation and preparation of relevant documents and maintenance of statutory registers. We undertake back office operations including the maintenance of bank accounts (both in Cyprus and abroad) as well as Accountancy, VAT, VIES and Payroll services making sure that our clients are in full compliance with local laws and regulations.
